Day 01 : Cochin - Munnar (160 Km-5
hrs)
On
arrival at the Airport/Railway Station in Cochin, you will be met and driven
on a fascinating journey to Munnar enjoying the stunning panoramic view of
the Cardamom hills & green carpets of tea plantation enroute. Munnar is
1800 mts above sea level and also the place of South India's highest peak
(Anamudi- 2695mts). On arrival, check in at Hotel/ Resort. Spend the rest of
the day at leisure trekking around the tea estate. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 02 : Munnar
A morning sight seeing trip of Munnar; visiting the Eravikulam National
Park where you can see the very rare mountain goats locally called the
Nilgiri Tahr ( Hermitragus Hylcrious) -the mountain goat of South India.
Visit Mattupetty Dam & Dairy Farm, Old Munnar Town, the town market etc…
Rest of the day at leisure and enjoy another overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 03 : Departure Munnar - Cochin (160 km-5 hrs)
Depart as per schedule to the Airport/ Railway station at Cochin for your
onward journey.
