» Marina Beach
The 12 km long beach is located to the east of Chennai adjoining the blue Bay of Bengal and offers a wonderful sight of the Sun rising. Having a strong under current sometimes dangerous for swimming, the beach is counted among the longest beaches in Asia.

» Mahabalipuram Beach
Lying 58 km south of Chennai, the beach is also called by the name of Mamallapuram. Once a thriving port during the times of the Pandavas it is beautifully decorated with stone chiseled monuments. Along the sunny beach there are a crocodile farm, a Snake venom extracting center and monolithic caves all adds to the much needed attraction for the tourist to visit to the beach.

The Kanyakumari beach lies to the southern most tip of India where the Arabian sea and the Bay of Bengal submerges into the Indian Ocean. The experience of viewing the sun rising and sun setting on the full moon day is enthralling to the eyes for ever. The lighthouse built there provides a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.

» Eliot’s Beach
It is an alternative to the Marina Beach to tourists who love to be solicited in the peaceful environment with out too much of a croud. Todat many south Indian films are shooted in the lovely beaches of it.

» Covelong Beach
Undisturbed by the busy Chennai city, Covelong's salubrious beach site provides pure oxygen to breath tomits tourists and is a fascinating fishing beach where the fishermen’s are seen at office trying to catch the reward for the day.
