Day 01 : Arrival Chennai 
Arrive Chennai - the gateway to southern India, established
in 1639 by the East India Company, is one of the oldest cities of the country.
Assistance and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at
hotel.
Day 02 : ChennaiToday go for a sight seeing of Chennai
visiting museum to see the Art and Bronze Gallery, High court, Fort museum,
Marina Beach, San Thome Cathedral and Snake Park. Over night at
Chennai.
Day 03 : Chennai - Kanchipuram / Mahabalipuram ( 76 kms - 2
hrs )After breakfast drive to Kanchipuram- is the ancient capital of the
Pallavas famous as a city of 1000 Temples and still has 124 shrines. The first
temple dedicated to Shiva was built in the 7th and 8th century and has paintings
on the walls. Temples of Ekambaswara, Kailasanatha, Sri Kamakshi and
Varadarajaswamy are of interest. Kanchipuram is also famous for its silks. Later
drive to Mahabalipuram and check in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04 : Chennai - Bangalore
Early morning checkout at 05 :00 hrs to board your train to Bangalore,
report at railway station at 0545 hrs, train leaves at 0600 hrs. On arrival at
Bangalore check into a hotel. Lunch and half day city tour, visiting Vidhana
Soudha, Cubbon Park, Lal Bagh, etc., Overnight at Bangalore.
Day 05 :
Bangalore Breakfast, half day city tour and evening free. Overnight at
the hotel.
Day 06 : Bangalore - Hassan (180 Kms - 4Hrs)
After breakfast drive to Hassan, enroute visit Shravanabelagola, the
monolith statue of Lord Gomateshwara Jain saint and an object of worship for
centuries. Standing atop one of the hills is 18 mtrs height and is said to be
one of the tallest and most graceful monolithic statues in the world. On arrival
check into a hotel at Hassan. Afternoon visit Belur - Halebid to see Hoysala
temples. Overnight.
Day 07 : Hassan - Madikeri (140 Kms - 4
Hrs)Morning after breakfast drive to Madikeri. On arrival check into
hotel. Evening visit Raja Seat and Omkareshwara Temple. Overnight.
Day
08 : Madikeri After breakfast visit Bhagamandala and Talakaveri, also
called Dakshina Kashi, the birth place of Cauvery, the holy river of south
India. Evening visit to Abbi Falls, overnight.
Day 09 : Madikeri - Mysore (125 Kms
- 3 Hrs)After breakfast drive to Mysore, enroute Visit Bylakuppe. There
are many Tibetan refugees settlements in the low, rolling hills west of Mysore,
in the area between Hunsur and Madikeri. These date back to the 1960s when the
Indian Government made an offer of land to homeless Tibetan families who were
fleeing from occupied Tibet. Bylakuppe is one of the main area of settlements
with nearly 20 villages, and the largest population of Tibetans in the whole of
India. On arrival check into a hotel. After Lunch visit Srirangapatna and
Brindavan Garden. Overnight.
Day 10 : MysoreMysore city tour
covering, Chamundi Hills, Mysore Maharaja Palace, Zoo Garden, Jagan Mohana Art
Gallery, St. Philomina's church, etc., Overnight halt at hotel.
Day 11
: Mysore - Mudumalai (100 Kms - 3Hrs) Breakfast and drive to Mudumalai
Wildlife Sanctuary. On arrival check in to a Resort. Evening visit to sanctuary,
overnight.
Day 12 : Mudumalai - Ooty (65 Kms - 3 Hrs)
Breakfast and drive to Ooty, On arrival check into a Hotel. After lunch
visit Botanical Garden & Lake. Overnight halt at hotel.
Day 13 :
Ooty
After breakfast drive to Coonoor, the beautiful plantation
town set against the backdrop of the Nilgiris. It stands at the lower ridge of
the plateau at an altitude of 1858 mts (6100 ft). The elevation naturally lends
to the landscape A genial climate enviously more soothing than that of either
Ooty or Kotagiri. Return to Ooty. Overnight halt at hotel.
Day 14 :
Ooty / Cochin (200 Km - 6 Hrs) Breakfast, checkout and drive to Cochin.
The "Queen of the Arabian Sea", which is one of the India's most interesting
cities. Cochin port is one of the largest in India, so many islands, to name a
few Willingdon, Balgatty, Gundu, Fort Cochin and Vypeen. On arrival check into
the hotel. Evening free and overnight.
Day 15 : CochinVisit to
Cochin City, historical Church, temples and islands, etc.,
overnight.
Day 16 : Cochin -Alleppey (Houseboat) (85 Km - 2
Hrs)Full day free to explore yourself. Overnight.
Day 17 :
Alleppey - Cochin Departure (110 Km - 3 Hrs) Breakfast, check out and
transfer to Airport to board your flight.
